Saudi Arabia: Umrah, prayer in Grand Mosque still limited to Covid-19 vaccinated
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will continue to restrict the performance of Umrah and prayers in the Grand Mosque to those who are immune to coronavirus, Okaz, Saudi Gazette’s sister publication, has learned.
The ministry has made three categories for people who are immune to the virus: vaccinated, vaccinated by the first dose and recovered.
It was said that it will continue to apply the same procedures it adopted during the holy month of Ramadan and will no longer allow all those who are not infected with the virus.
