Saudi: Earthquake recorded in Red Sea

An earthquake was reported off Saudi Arabia’s coast on Sunday morning.

According to a statement issued by the Saudi Geological Survey, a 4.3 magnitude earthquake was recorded in the Red Sea at 1.49am later Saturday night.

The quake occurred 65km southwest of Muhayil Asir – at a depth of 15km.

No injuries or damages were reported.
