Saudi King’s Brother Passes Away

Saudi King Salman’s elder half-brother, Prince Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, passed away on Sunday evening at the age of 96, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Prince Bandar, the tenth son of Saudi’s first ruler King Abdulaziz Al Saud, was the eldest surviving member of the ruling family. He was not politically active, but his sons hold high-level posts in Riyadh and Makkah.

The rulers of all emirates sent their condolences to the Saudi king.
