Bahrain: Huge Fire At Hoorat A’ali Construction Site

A huge fire that broke out in a building under construction in Hoorat Aali last night was safely controlled.

While the area was completely evacuated, preliminary information indicates that no injuries were recorded.

The General Directorate of Civil Defense did not reveal much information officially, but it stated that the building was a private school project.

The directorate added that its rescue team evacuated and surrounded the building and the area as a precautionary procedure to prevent the spread of the fire.

The directorate assured that there were no confirmations for the cause of the fire that took hours, 7 fire fighting vehicles and 20 firemen and officers to be controlled.
