Saudi: MHRSD amends work regulation about Founding Day

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) has amended the work system regulation regarding Saudi Arabia’ Founding Day holiday.

The ministry’s decision stipulated two amendments to be as:

1. The National Day or the Founding Day with the holidays for one of the two Eids does not compensate the worker for this day.
2. The Founding Day holiday lasts for one day, on the 22 of February of the Gregorian calendar.
