Saudi: Most schools to remain open remotely on Thursday, 5th time in row
Most schools in various cities of Saudi Arabia have been suspended and will remain open remotely on Thursday for the 5th time in a row due to the rainy weather condition that the Kingdom’s regions are witnessing.
Online classes will be conducted through the “Madrasati platform” for all students, and for school employees, due to the current weather, and in order to preserve their safety.
A number of education departments announcing the school suspension, so far, are Jeddah, Makkah, Al-Qassim, Taif, Khulais, Bahrah, Al-Kamil, Al-Jamoum, Rabigh, Al-Quwaiiyah, Al-Sharqiya, Al Majma’ah, Madinah. Other departments may also announce the in-person suspension as the day progresses.
