It added that this year’s Saudi summer vacation festivals, which are being organised in cooperation with the Tourism Development Councils in the regions and the partners of the Commission, take into account the specificities of each region with different styles that are suitable for all segments of the society.
The Commission also explained that the festivals will include culture, heritage, sports, adventure, youth, environmental, entertainment, and shopping events.
It further explained that “what will be new in the summer events this year is the organisation of more events for young people, women, and children, with other attractive, useful, and diverse events in all activities, and the involvement of young people and parents in the organisation of the events.”
A large number of tours will be organised to various parts of the Kingdom. During these trips, historical sites, museums, and landmarks of cultural, economic and civil development will be visited. In addition, more tourism, adventure and exploration programs will be organised with the participation of young people.
