Hyperloop transportation will start its operation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, later next year, announced Colin Rice, the deputy chairman of Virgin Hyperloop One.
The kingdom is one among the number of countries around the world, including the United Arab Emirates and India, which look forward to embrace Hyperloop technology.
The new transit service is predicted to reduce the travel time between Riyadh and Jeddah from ten hours to around 50 minutes.
The chairman said the proposed transport mode will avail thousands of job opportunities to its citizens within its first year of launch.
The future of employment lays its foundation to the field of construction, programming and architecture. Saudi investors exhibited their interest in the rapid implementation of technology in the Kingdom.
