Saudi Arabia reports 221 cases; 16 deaths

Saudi Arabia has today recorded 16 deaths and 221 new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

The Saudi Health Ministry’s daily COVID-19 data briefing showed total cases amounts to 355,034 and while the death toll reached 5,761.

In a statement carried on Saudi New Agency (SPA), the ministry said that 478 infected patients had recovered from the virus, bringing the overall tally to 342,882.
