Saudi: Two men arrested for assaulting driver with dagger
Two men have been arrested by Saudi police in Riyadh for assaulting a driver with a sharp-edged weapon, according to a report.
The Public Prosecution ordered the arrest of the suspects who appeared in a viral video that shows them threatening and attacking the driver with a dagger.
The video was taken by the victim himself showing the suspects assaulting him with the dagger while he was inside his car. The suspects crashed the victim’s car deliberately and assaulted him as they were performing stunts.
Saudi Police arrested the suspects within a few hours after the video was shared on social media. They were referred to the Public Prosecution for legal action.
