Two cargo ships collided in the water canal at the King Abdul Aziz Port of Dammam in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia on Sunday evening, local media reported.
No casualties were reported. The collision between the Saudi and Tanzanian ships has not affected the port’s navigation operations, the Saudi Ports Authority said in a statement.
The authority launched an investigation into the incident to identify the causes of the collision.
