Saudi: Drug authority detects 19 facilities violating law

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has detected 19 facilities that violated the Law of Pharmaceutical Establishments and Preparations during January 2022, due to their lack of commitment to provide pharmaceutical products to the local market.

Pharmaceutical factories and warehouses are obliged to have sufficient stock of all their registered products for 6 months, and they must inform the authority in event of a shortage or interruption in the supply.
