The Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health, HE Lieutenant General Dr Shaikh Mohammed, laid the foundation stone for the new academic building of the Royal College of Surgeons in ireland (RCSI) Medical University of Bahrain, which was held under the patronage of HRH Prince Salman, and in the presence of several dignitaries Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
The event comcided with the celebrations of the Silver Jubilee of HM King Hamad’s ascension to the throne, marking 25 years of his reign and on behalf of HRH Prince Salman.
On this occasion, Professor Sarneer Otoom, President of RICSI Medical University of Bahrain, affirmed the unwavering support of HM the King and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to continue strengthening and ennching the educational process and developing its outcomes.
