Oman: Rumour on residence renewal fee hike dismissed

The Royal Oman Police has dismissed as rumour information circulating about a purported decision to raise residence renewal fees.

ROP said in a statement:  “There is no truth to the rumour circulating on social media about a decision to raise the residence renewal fee at the beginning of 2022 to 25 per cent.”
