Riyadh Prepares for Global Esports Games 2023

Vibrant Riyadh city will host the Global Esports Games 2023 (GEG2023), the Global Esports Federation’s flagship esports event, from December 12-17, the Saudi Esports Federation (SEF) announced.

Saudi Arabia’s hosting of the third edition of the competition aligns with the objectives and aspirations of the National Gaming and Esports Strategy, with the SEF seeking to make the Kingdom an esports hub.

GEG2023 aims to promote and unite the global gaming community through communication among esports enthusiasts worldwide, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Under the hashtag #Worldconnected, this exceptional event is set to bring together 950 professional players from 100 countries and territories across the globe to compete and display their talents.

Hence, GEG2023 promises to be extraordinary by representing an opportunity to uncover esports talents from around the world.

The event features diverse world-renowned games, including Dota 2 (Valve), eFootball 2023 (KONAMI), PUBG Mobile, and Street Fighter 6, promising to see intense competition by elite esports talents.
