Emirates opens new children’s lounge at Dubai Airport

Dubai-based carrier Emirates has opened a new lounge for young flyers travelling as unaccompanied minors.

Young passengers flying Emirates can now wait in the dedicated lounge at Dubai International Airport, located next to the carrier’s First Class Lounge in Concourse B.

Parents or guardians must pre-book access to the space for children flying solo.

The upgraded lounge is open 24/7, and offers video games, drinks and snacks, seating areas, free wi-fi and washrooms designed for kids.

The lounge is supervised by Emirates airport services crew.

Parents or guardians who have booked Emirates’ unaccompanied minor service, can drop off the children at Dubai Airport Terminal 3, where the carrier’s airport team will check them in for their flights in a special lounge area.

Children can help themselves to snacks and drinks.
Comfortable sofas, lounge areas and free Wi-Fi are available.
