Bahrain records more than 600 new cases in one day

The Ministry of Health announces 605 new active cases and 857 coronavirus recoveries yesterday. 

Among the 495 new cases reported today, 433 are expatriate workers and 172 are contacts of active cases.

The Ministry of Health also recorded that there are currently 43 COVID-19 cases receiving treatment, of which 13 are in a critical condition. 4,683 cases are stable out of a total of 4,696 active cases.

Currently, the active cases are 4,696 with 316,807 people having been tested in the Kingdom. 19 deaths have been recorded in total.
