Bahrain: 44-year old male expat dies of coronavirus

The Ministry of Health announces the death of a 44-year-old male expatriate, a registered active case of coronavirus (COVID-19). This increases the total number of deaths in the kingdom to 14.

The Ministry of Health expresses its heartfelt condolences to the individual’s family at this difficult time. The patient, along with all other active COVID-19 cases, had been placed in isolation and received extensive 24-hour treatment from a specialised medical team.

 

The Ministry of Health also recorded that 4,530 cases are stable and 7 cases are critical. However, only 25 active cases are receiving treatment and 4,587 cases have been discharged.
