UAE: Dubai approves policy to promote digital government services
Dubai has adopted a new policy that aims to reduce 9 million customer visits to service centers and save more than 300,000 working hours annually in the government.
The Executive Council of Dubai on Monday approved the policy called “360 Services Policy”. It seeks to provide digital services through integrated data and unified channels.
