Omanis exempted from institutional quarantine

Omani citizens arriving to the Sultanate through land, sea and airports have been exempted from institutional quarantine, the Supreme Committee said on Tuesday.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency said that they do not need to present proof of hotel reservation for a period of seven days or proof letter stating the procedures were followed for mandating institutional health isolation.

This decision takes effect from today, April 6, 2021.
