Oman: 3 expats caught with 470kg drugs

Coast Guard police boats arrested three people for trying to smuggle drugs in Musandam governorate.

The Royal Oman Police said: “Coast Guard police boats in the Governorate of Musandam arrested three smugglers of Asian nationality in the Omani territorial sea while they were trying to smuggle more than 470 kilograms of opium, psychotropic tablets and hashish, and legal procedures are being completed against them.”
