Kuwait: Travelers from high-risk countries to quarantine for 14 days

Kuwait has announced that as of February 21, arrivals from high-risk countries through direct flights will have to quarantine in a hotel for 14 days at their own expense.

Those arriving from other countries will have to quarantine in a hotel for seven days at their own expense and isolate for another seven days at their homes.

Kuwaiti patients, students, unaccompanied under-18 travelers, diplomats, and medical staff from hotel quarantine, are exempted provided that they quarantine at home for the whole 14 days period.

The DGCA stated that all travelers have to register in its Kuwait Mosafer platform. Those who do not register will not be allowed to board the plane, it warned.
