These conditions will be accompanied by dust storms reaching speeds of 60 km/h, flash floods, and hail.
The regions of Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, the Eastern Province, the Northern Borders, Al Jouf, Al Baha, and Jazan will experience light to moderate rainfall, along with strong downdrafts that may stir up dust and sand.
In the Medina region, most governorates — including Medina, Khaybar, Badr, Al Mahd, Wadi Al Fara, and Hanakiyah — are forecast to face moderate to heavy rainfall, coupled with dust storms reaching speeds of 60 km/h, flash floods, and hail. Similarly, Al-Baha will be affected by the same severe weather conditions.
The Asir region is set to experience moderate to heavy rains, with the most intense downpours anticipated on Friday and Saturday. These storms will be accompanied by powerful downdrafts, dust storms reaching speeds of 60 km/h, flash floods, and hail.
In Jazan and Najran, moderate to heavy rainfall is expected, along with downdrafts that could stir up dust and sand, flash floods, and hail.
The NCM has urged the public to stay informed by following its official communication channels for the latest updates and advisories regarding the expected weather conditions.
