The Ministry of Health has registered 576 new coronavirus cases in the country on Tuesday.
Among those, 367 new cases were of expats and 269 of Omanis.
The total cases in the country has now touched 12,799, including 2812 recoveries , according to MOH.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH, as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary.
