Total Coronavirus Cases Reach 6,583 in Bahrain

The Ministry of Health announces that the total number of cases reaches 6,583 since active cases rise to 3,931.

Health officials in Bahrain also confirmed 2,640 recoveries from the COVID-19 coronavirus since the outbreak first began. The recovered cases have been discharged from dedicated treatment centres.

To ensure the safety of all, the Ministry of Health continues to increase its testing capacity, carrying out 8,458 tests within the past 24 hours.

Currently, a total of 222,542 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 3931, amongst which 3 patients are in critical condition. To date, 2,640 patients have been discharged and 12 deaths have been confirmed.
