UAE: 1.2km fireworks show in Abu Dhabi

Fireworks display on New Year’s Eve are to be carried out not just at Sheikh Zayed Festival and Yas Island but at two more venues as well. The Corniche and Al Maryah Island too will light up the skies on December 31.

To avoid crowding at the most popular party spot – the Corniche, the firework show – extending more than 1.2km in distance – will be telecasted live on Abu Dhabi TV, Emarat TV, and UAE_BARQ’s official Instagram page.

There is still no word on the live-telecast for the two record-breaking attempts with a 35-minute firework show at the Sheikh Zayed Festival in Al Wathba.
