UAE: 40 workers evacuated as fire destroys factory
A massive fire broke out in a factory in the Umm Al Thaub area on Friday.
Firefighters from the Umm Al Quwain Civil Defence managed to put out the fire and 40 workers were safely evacuated, said Lt-Col Ahmad Salem Bin Shaqwi.
The case has been referred to the bodies concerned for investigation to identify the reasons behind the fire.
