Bahrain: BisB Appoints New Chief of Retail Banking Officer
Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), a provider of Islamic digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, have announced the appointment of Ms Fatema AlAlawi as Chief of Retail Banking Officer. This comes as part of the Bank’s efforts to recruit efficient Bahraini talents and empower Bahraini women to assume key positions with the aim of continuously establishing a professional and distinguished management team.
Throughout her career, Ms Fatema AlAlawi has contributed to digital banking transformation and the Islamic banking sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain. She has played an essential role in leading all aspects of private and retail banking including product development, business, marketing, and branches. She delved into FinTech, where she has helped launch Islamic banking platforms and Aion Digital.
