All bars and pubs will be closed for the entire month of February and other activities will be limited after a spike in coronavirus cases.
Restaurants and cafes are also ordered to close by 1 am. Crowd limits on cinemas, hotels, malls and other destinations have been instituted. No entertainment activities in these premises are to be allowed.
Audience capacity of seated indoor venues, including cinemas and sports venues, will be reduced to 50% of maximum capacity; enhanced precautionary measures will be stringently enforced.
