Some UAE companies are urging employees to work from their home countries at reduced salaries to save costs due to the Covid-19 contagion.
Various companies are migrating their workforce to offshore remote working models. This is majorly observed in industrial verticals that don’t require an office space or need to be physically present at the company, such as IT programming, software and apps development, data entry, coding, data management, digital marketing, finance and accounting and customer service.
