A massive fire broke out at a labour camp in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), following which 44 workers were evacuated to safety.
Civil defence team and firefighters rushed to the spot and contained the fire which had gutted nine caravans of the labour camp of a company in Muaireedh area.
The entire labour camp was cordoned off and firefighters managed to douse the fire in record time.
