Bahrain detects 768 new coronavirus cases and 2 deaths

Out of 16,296 COVID-19 tests carried out on 17 March 2021, 768 new cases have been detected among 289 expatriate workers, 451 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 28 are travel-related. There were 577 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 126,080.

There are currently 64 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 119 cases receiving treatment. 6,504 are stable out of a total of 6,568 active cases
