India registers 343,144 positive cases and 4,000 deaths
Indian health authorities today said that 4,000 people had passed away due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the death toll to 262,317.
The Ministry of Health has also confirmed 343,144 positive cases in different parts of the country in the last 24 hours, which brings the caseload to 24,046,809.
According to the ministry, 20,079,599 people recovered so far from the pandemic as it spread to 35 Indian states.
