The UAE reported 246 new coronavirus cases on Wednesday, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 63,212.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention announced that no new fatalities were reported over the past 24 hours, keeping death tally at 358.
According to the latest updated figures, 323 new recoveries were recorded, pushing the total recovered cases to 57,193.
The ministry conducted additional 72, 630 PCR tests as part of its plan to expand the scope of examinations.
