The Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 3,072 COVID-19 after conducting 242,742 additional tests over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recorded cases in the UAE to 405,277.
The ministry said that 10 virus-infected patients had passed away, raising the overall death toll to 1,296 since the outbreak of the pandemic in the UAE.
It noted that 2,026 infected people had fully recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 389,304.
