UAE reports 3,294 new coronavirus cases, 18 deaths
The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Thursday reported 3,294 cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 3,431 recoveries and 18 deaths.
The new cases were detected through 171,667 additional tests.
The total number of cases in UAE as on February 18 are 361,877 while total recoveries stand at 347,366. The death toll rises to 1,073.
The UAE has conducted over 28.8 million tests till date as part of the country’s massive screening programmes to combat the spread of Covid-19.
