UAE to implement new labour laws in February 2022

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced a new decree law to regulate labour relations on Monday.

The law aims to govern different work categories, including part-time and temporary work, and provide more employee protection.

The law will take effect on February 2, 2022.
