US: FBI Document Alleges $5 Million Bribe Paid To Joe Biden

A leaked FBI document, form FD-1023, has revealed allegations that President Joe Biden received a $5 million payment from an executive of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where his son Hunter was a board member. The information comes from a confidential human source (CHS) who disclosed this to the FBI during a June 2020 interview.

The form, dated June 30, 2020, contains information from a “highly credible” CHS who detailed multiple meetings and conversations with a top Burisma executive from 2015 onwards. The CHS had been working with the FBI since 2010 as a regular, reliable source of information and has been paid approximately $200,000 by the bureau.

The Burisma executive sought the advice of the CHS, a business professional, on acquiring US oil rights and partnering with a US oil company. According to the FD-1023 form, the CHS questioned why the Burisma executive needed advice on gaining access to US oil if Hunter Biden was on the board. The executive reportedly referred to Hunter Biden as “dumb.”

The document alleges that Burisma had to “pay the Bidens” due to an investigation led by Ukraine’s lead prosecutor, Victor Shokin. The CHS suggested that the executive “pay the Bidens $50,000 each,” but the executive responded that the amount was “$5 million” for each Biden.

The CHS believes that the $5 million payments to Joe and Hunter Biden occurred, as the Burisma executive claimed to have paid the Bidens through multiple bank accounts, making it difficult for investigators to trace the transactions for at least a decade.

The document also refers to ‘the Big Guy,’ thought to be a reference to Joe Biden. According to the Burisma executive, they “didn’t pay the Big Guy directly.” Sources suggest that the executive could be Burisma president Mykola Zlochevsky, although the name is redacted in the document.
