Bahrain records 70 new coronavirus cases and 84 recoveries

Out of 14,546 COVID-19 tests carried out on 18 October 2021, 70 new cases have been detected among 12 expatriate workers, 53 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 5 travel related. There were 84 recoveries from COVID-19, increasing total recoveries to 274,160.

There are currently 4 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 3 cases receiving treatment. 633 are stable out of a total of 637 active cases.
