The winners of Oman-Bahrain Sports Day triathlon were crowned by His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
In the male category, the first 3 places went to the Kingdom of Bahrain, where Omar Abdullah came in first, Abdul Rahman Mubarak second and Mohammed Mubarak won third place. In the female category, the first 3 places also went to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Samira Zaid Al-Bitar took first place, Fatima Abdul Mohsen Al-Muhaimid came second, and Maryam Mansour Al-Areedh ranked third.
The Oman-Bahrain Sports Day event started in the Wilayat of Mussanah on Saturday. It includes a triathlon with the participation of 75 males and females, a paragliding and capoeira sport.
