Saudi: International Museum Of The Prophetic Biography Launches Trial Operation in Makkah
The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, supervisor of the International Exhibitions and Museums of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, inspected the International Museum of the Prophet’s Biography at the Clock Towers in Makkah, a major and principal station for the museum.
He reviewed the various and innovative sections of the exhibition and announced the trial operation of the museum during the current month of Ramadan, which includes more than 30 sections and offers over 200 visual and interactive displays in five world languages, utilising the latest digital and interactive display technologies.
The exhibition and museum aim to introduce the biography of the Prophet, embodying its guiding values for the righteous path, enhancing Islamic awareness of his guidance, and revealing the risks of extremism falsely attributed to Islam, especially in relation to the Prophet’s biography. It highlights the Islamic civilisation from its pure source and noble guidance.
The series of International Museums of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization, with its permanent and touring branches, represents a unique initiative in the history of introducing the Prophet’s biography and Islamic civilization.
