Bahrain’s BRAVE CF Strikes Partnership Deal With Indonesian Streaming Platform VIDIO
Bahrain-based global mixed martial arts (MMA) organisation BRAVE Combat Federation (CF) announced a partnership with Indonesia’s popular streaming platform VIDIO to stream content from its global competitions across the Southeast Asian country.
“BRAVE CF will now be exposed to the largest streaming platform in Indonesia, the fourth most populous country in the world, with 120 million monthly visitors having instant access to the best MMA content,” the company said in a statement.
The partnership between BRAVE CF and VIDIO will help grow the exposure of the sport in a huge market and give a globally connected fan base the opportunity to join the ever-growing fan base of the streaming giant, it said.
“As the most global MMA organisation in the world, BRAVE CF is happy to join other sporting giants such as Formula One, Champions League, NBA Premier League and the World Cup in VIDIO,” BRAVE CF president Mohammed Shahid said.
“We will be bringing the best fighting content in mixed martial arts from around the world to millions of fans of the biggest streaming platform in Indonesia. We will also be introducing and adding a very engaged and enthusiastic MMA fanbase, the fastest-growing fanbase in any sport, to VIDIO,” he said.
BRAVE CF is the most global MMA company in the industry, organising matches in a record 29 countries. It also made two trips to Indonesia, in Jakarta and Bali, where BRAVE CF unearthed the finest athletes in Indonesia, such as Vincent Majid, Oloan Silalahi, and Randi Febian.
The BRAVE CF statement said VIDIO is ahead of Disney+ Hotstar, Netflix, Rcti+, and others in usage rate and is the number one OTT in Indonesia Play Store and MPA Report, ranking first in monthly active users and total streaming minutes.
VIDIO is also the Indonesian home of the English Premier League, Formula One, and the World Cup, as well as the UEFA Champions League and the NBA.
