Saudi: Al-Jouf region showcases its largest olive farm
Al-Jouf region is showcasing at the Al-Jouf International Olive Festival its largest modern olive farm, holder of the Guinness World Record since 2018, with the largest number of olive trees in one orchard in the world.
The world record was achieved by the Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Company obtaining a certificate from the Guinness World Records in terms of size of area and production, through the largest agricultural holding of 5 million olive trees, annually producing 33,000 tons of olive and 5,500 tons of oil, as the company is planning to add one million olive trees this year.
