Out of 19555 COVID-19 tests carried out on 22 December 2021, 161 new cases have been detected among 52 expatriate workers, 90 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 19 travel related. There were 31 recoveries from COVID19, increasing total recoveries to 276672.
There are currently 809 active COVID19 cases, of which 1 case is receiving treatment, and all are stable. Presently no individuals are in critical condition.
