Bahrain announces launch of Metro Project tender
Bahrain has announced the launch of its Metro Project (Phase One) Pre-Qualification Tender for local and international companies.
According to a report in BNA, the first phase of the project will be carried out with the private sector as an integrated PPP. The pre-qualification tender stage is the first step to identify qualified individual company or consortium of companies.
The Bahrain Metro Phase One Project will contain two lines with a total length of 29 kilometers and 20 stations, connecting Muharraq, Manama, Diplomatic Area, Juffair, Seef District, Tubli, Adhari and Isa Town.
