The Health Ministry recalled powdered popular infant milk products EleCare, Similac and Alimentum, from store shelves, due to possible salmonella and Cronobacter sakazakii contamination.
In cooperation with the Industry, Commerce and Tourism Ministry, the Ministry took the necessary precautionary measures in light of the warning issued by the US Food and Drug Administration about the possible presence of harmful bacteria in the products.
