Kuwait plans to localise top insurance jobs
The Insurance Regulatory Unit will soon oblige insurance companies to Kuwaitize supervisory posts in line with the State’s strategy to localise the insurance sector in order to enhance the participation of citizens in developing market competitiveness.
The unit intends to establish a link with the concerned governmental and private agencies like the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) and Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS) to implement the decision by the end of this year.
The citizens will be trained scientifically and technically to ensure they are qualified for the supervisory posts.
