One Arrested for Possessing Drugs in Oman
A citizen was arrested for possessing more than 2,600 Captagon tablets and a quantity of crystal drug for the purpose of trafficking in South Al Batinah Governorate.
Royal Oman Police (ROP) said in a statement :”The South Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested a citizen in possession of more than 2,600 Captagon tablets and a quantity of crystal drug for the purpose of trafficking. The legal procedures are being completed against him.”
In another incident:
Three arrested in possession of drugs in Dhofar
ROP said in a statement: “Coast Guard police boats led by the Dhofar Governorate Police seized a boat carrying 3 infiltrators of Arab nationality and in possession of more than 1,050 packages of the khat drug. The legal procedures are being completed against them.”
