Saudi Arabia urges expats to register dependents’ fingerprints
Saudi authorities have urged expatriates to register fingerprints of their families’ members for security and residency reasons, according to a news report.
The Saudi General Directorate for Passports noted that the fingerprinting is necessary for foreign residents aged six years and above.
“Registering the bio-features is a necessary requirement to complete procedures related to your family’s members from six years and above,” the agency told expatriates.
