Saudi names its second female ambassador
Saudi Arabia has named its second female ambassador as the country is making big strides to enhance women’s empowerment.
Amal Yahya Al Moalmi Wednesday took the oath of office as the Saudi ambassador to Norway. She was among a number of recently appointed Saudi ambassadors who were sworn in by King Salman in an online ceremony.
In February 2019, Princess Reema Bint Bandar became the first female Saudi ambassador to the US.
